Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Equity Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer global long-term incentive programs, including cash-based and stock-based awards
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to support strategic objectives
- Maintain operational controls and data integrity within recordkeeping systems
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA Degree required or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in equity administration at a global public company
- Strong Excel skills and experience with stock plan systems, preferably E-Trade's Equity Edge Online
- Certified Equity Compensation (CEP) is an advantage but not required
- High level of integrity and ability to keep information confidential
