Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Equity Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer global long-term incentive programs, including cash-based and stock-based awards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to support strategic objectives
  • Maintain operational controls and data integrity within recordkeeping systems
Required Qualifications
  • BS or BA Degree required or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in equity administration at a global public company
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with stock plan systems, preferably E-Trade's Equity Edge Online
  • Certified Equity Compensation (CEP) is an advantage but not required
  • High level of integrity and ability to keep information confidential
