Equity Management Consultant
Job Summary
To support the Certent Equity Management Professional Services team, the full-time remote Equity Management Consultant will manage complex equity data projects, perform data reconciliation, and drive process improvement through automation and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex equity data projects including M&A corporate actions and stock splits
- Perform comprehensive data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems to ensure accuracy
- Design and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in managing complex equity compensation projects or equity plan administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula development and data analysis
- Strong working knowledge of VBA for Excel automation
- Proficiency with SQL for database querying and data manipulation
- Demonstrated expertise with equity compensation software platforms
