Job Summary

As a full-time remote Equity Partner, the successful candidate will identify investment opportunities, analyze potential acquisitions, raise equity, and build strategic partnerships while overseeing financial performance and managing investor relations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze investment opportunities and potential acquisitions
• Oversee financial performance and manage investor relations
• Contribute to the development of the firm's portfolio strategy through market research

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus
• Experience in real estate investment and portfolio management
• Strong capabilities in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proficiency in market research and data interpretation
• Prior experience in real estate investment or private equity is strongly preferred
