Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equity Plan Consultant to manage its global equity compensation program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer global equity plans and ensure compliance with policies and laws
  • Process equity awards and serve as a point of contact for equity-related inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams for reporting, compliance, and program design
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field; CEP preferred
  • 3-7+ years of experience in equity plan administration at a public company
  • Knowledge of U.S. and international equity compensation practices
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks such as Section 409A and IRC
  • Experience with equity administration platforms and global publicly traded companies
