Job Summary
A company is looking for an Equity Plan Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the full lifecycle of equity compensation plans, including grant agreements and exercise documents
- Maintain accurate and timely equity data within the equity management platform and track vesting milestones
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding equity compensation plans and generate reports on stock plan activity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in stock plan administration or equity compensation required
- Experience with public companies preferred
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation - Level I or higher preferred
- Hands-on experience with equity management platforms required
