Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equity Plan Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage the full lifecycle of equity compensation plans, including grant agreements and exercise documents
  • Maintain accurate and timely equity data within the equity management platform and track vesting milestones
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding equity compensation plans and generate reports on stock plan activity
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in stock plan administration or equity compensation required
  • Experience with public companies preferred
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation - Level I or higher preferred
  • Hands-on experience with equity management platforms required
