Job Summary
A company is looking for an Equity Program Lead who will serve as the operational and strategic intermediary between the Director/Manager of Equity Management and the Equity Program Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective administration, accuracy, and execution of all equity programs and related processes
- Provide operational leadership and quality oversight for equity transactions and documentation
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to support compliant equity operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in equity administration, HR operations, compensation, accounting, or finance
- Strong understanding of equity programs and common equity lifecycle transactions
- Advanced level experience with Excel and familiarity with equity management platforms
- Experience with Workday and DocuSign
