Job Summary

Supporting the administration of global equity compensation programs, the contract Equity Programs Analyst will manage equity transactions, ensure compliance, and collaborate with various teams, working fully remotely or in a hybrid model in Redwood City, California.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for global equity compensation programs, including RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, and ESPPs
  • Manage the end-to-end administration of equity transactions and coordinate global ESPP enrollment and purchase cycles
  • Analyze and audit equity-related data while supporting compliance initiatives and preparing financial reporting activities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Four or more years of hands-on experience administering equity compensation programs in a publicly traded organization
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing equity plans and associated compliance requirements
  • Experience with equity administration platforms such as Charles Schwab EquiView
  • Strong knowledge of SOX controls, ASC 718 requirements, and equity-related financial reporting practices
