Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Equity Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the company's equity plans for employees worldwide
• Review and ensure accurate and timely execution of equity transactions
• Manage the ESPP program, including education, timing, and communications

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of stock administration experience in a global environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• CEP strongly preferred
