Equity Services Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a mid-to-senior level Equity Services Consultant, the full-time remote position will manage complex equity data projects, perform data reconciliation, and drive process improvements while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex equity data projects including M&A corporate actions and stock splits
• Perform comprehensive data validation and reconciliation across multiple systems to ensure accuracy
• Design and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex equity compensation projects or equity plan administration
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula development and data analysis
• Strong working knowledge of VBA for Excel automation
• Proficiency with SQL for database querying and data manipulation
• Demonstrated expertise with equity compensation software platforms
