Equity UX Researcher

Job Summary

To support the newly established UX team within the Certent Equity Management product organization, the full-time remote Equity UX Researcher will plan and conduct research to enhance usability and inform product decisions for users interacting with the CEM platform, focusing on equity plan administrators and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute generative and evaluative research across various CEM product domains, applying appropriate methodologies
• Synthesize research data into actionable findings and collaborate with Product Managers and UI Designers to integrate insights into product development
• Present research findings to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of UX research experience with a portfolio showcasing research in complex, data-intensive enterprise applications
• 2+ years of experience in equity management or financial services platforms, either in a UX research capacity or as a practitioner
• Demonstrated experience in both generative and evaluative research methodologies
• Strong understanding of equity compensation principles and familiarity with equity administration workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
