ER Discharge Team Lead

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time ER Discharge Team Lead will manage staffing, scheduling, and training logistics while working remotely within 60 miles of an HCA Hospital location.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the team staffing tool, ensuring accurate staffing information
• Coordinate onboarding activities and training for new team members
• Prepare and distribute productivity and performance reports to leadership and staff

Required qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or emergency department operations preferred
• Previous team lead or coordinator experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and scheduling/reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with productivity and quality data
