eRA Product Manager

Job Summary

Serving as the strategic owner of the University's electronic Research Administration ecosystem, the full-time eRA Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, collaborate with various stakeholders, and lead system governance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Define, manage, and execute the product roadmap for the eRA systems, prioritizing enhancements to streamline workflows
• Act as the primary liaison between research administration, IT, and software vendors to advocate for institutional needs
• Oversee research data governance practices to improve data quality and support reliable reporting and analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Research Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in research administration or enterprise systems management
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or strategic systems role
• Expert understanding of the research grant lifecycle and compliance functions
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems architecture and data governance principles
