Eracent Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

Proactively engaging with customers, the full-time Eracent Subject Matter Expert will leverage 8-12 years of experience in Eracent solutions to facilitate integrations, perform assessments, and drive continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration and administration of Eracent solutions, ensuring system efficiency and seamless integration with third-party applications
• Conduct GAP assessments and health checks for Eracent ITMC, Discovery, and ITAM solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Analyze existing ITAM data structures and define migration paths for processes, data, and workflows related to Eracent ITAM solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8-12 years of experience with Eracent solutions including ITMC Discovery and ITAM
• Strong understanding of cloud computing systems and IT infrastructure in various environments
• Experience in automating asset discovery and working with application and service modeling
• Familiarity with integration of ITMC and ITAM with service management solutions such as ServiceNow or Salesforce
