Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel III - ERISA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and guidance on benefit plan design, implementation, and compliance
• Draft and review benefit plan documents, forms, and communications
• Advise on laws affecting benefits and provide legal support for benefits-related efforts

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. and license to practice in Missouri or equivalent state
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience as an attorney in relevant practice area
• Extensive knowledge of relevant legal area and regulatory environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex legal matters
• Experience with executive compensation, equity compensation, and deferred compensation plan design
