A company is looking for an ERISA Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise plan sponsors on ERISA compliance for retirement and health benefit plans
• Draft, review, and maintain plan documents and participant communications
• Represent plan sponsors in DOL and IRS investigations and manage risk proactively

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house experience
• Deep expertise in ERISA and related federal and state laws
• Substantive legal experience as a broad corporate generalist
• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
