ERISA Compliance Advisor
Job Summary
A company is looking for an ERISA Compliance Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, interpret, and manage new laws and regulations impacting the Retirement business
- Provide technical guidance on DOL regulations, ERISA, and related compliance requirements
- Collaborate with business partners to offer consultative compliance expertise on complex situations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 6 years of ERISA compliance experience with employer-sponsored retirement plans
- Deep subject matter expertise in laws governing retirement plans, including ERISA
- Familiarity with financial services products related to retirement and workplace benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint and Teams
