ERISA Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERISA Compliance Analyst to join their Compliance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500 filings, and plan document amendments for assigned clients
• Learn and maintain a working knowledge of qualified plan regulations and necessary software tools
• Respond to ERISA technical questions from plan sponsors and administrators

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• Two or more years of ERISA compliance-related work experience may substitute for a degree
• ASPPA CPC, QPA, or QKA professional credentials are a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
• Prior experience with Relius, FT William, or similar software is a plus
