ERISA Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERISA Technical Consultant to provide technical training and support for compliance testing and reporting for retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for compliance services related to Profit Sharing, 401(k), and 403(b) plans
• Develop and implement processes and controls to enhance compliance testing and Form 5500 services
• Perform compliance testing with a focus on various ERISA regulations and calculate employer contributions

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of industry experience, with 5-7 years in an ERISA compliance setting
• Knowledge of ERISA and applicable IRS Code is required
• Experience with Actuarial Systems Corporation Administration (ASC) or equivalent testing software
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related work experience is preferred
