Key Responsibilities

• Review pricing information from 401(k) providers to provide competitive comparisons
• Manage inquiries from the sales and implementation teams, addressing client needs
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to support plan design and product inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as customer support or account management
• Prior experience in the Defined Contribution industry
• QKA or similar industry designation
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
