ERISA Team Leader
Job Summary
Leading the ERISA department, the full-time ERISA Team Leader will manage production, provide technical support, and oversee team members while ensuring compliance with ERISA regulations, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor ERISA production for timely completion of plan documents, audits, and projects
- Coordinate and manage required plan restatements and interim amendment projects
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex ERISA matters and ensure team KPIs are met
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Qualified Retirement Plan Document/ERISA technical roles
- In-depth experience with the preparation and review of legal plan documents
- Ability to clearly explain complex ERISA and EPCRS matters
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with minimal oversight
