Job Summary
Supporting the growth of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, the full-time ERM Analyst will identify, assess, monitor, and communicate risks while collaborating with various business partners in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining ERM governance documentation and support ongoing improvements to ERM processes and tools
- Coordinate enterprise-wide risk assessments and monitor emerging risks, ensuring timely reporting to ERM leadership
- Prepare reports and materials for governance forums, including the annual Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) Report
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Economics, or Actuarial Science
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying process improvement opportunities
