ERP Analyst - Financial Aid

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Aid/Student Financials Team ERP Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ERP systems, acting as a liaison between technical staff and functional offices
• Provide advanced customer support and analyze business needs to develop functional specifications
• Conduct project management, quality assurance, and create reports to analyze trends within the organization

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree plus three years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in higher education IT or functional offices related to Financial Aid or Student Financials is preferred
• Familiarity with Oracle's PeopleSoft Campus Solutions is advantageous
• Experience with system testing and user acceptance processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
