ERP Analyst - Prophet 21

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Analyst - Prophet 21 (P21).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and assist with training sessions for the P21 system
• Analyze and document business processes with stakeholders, identifying gaps and ensuring alignment with system capabilities
• Support data management, migration, integration, and synchronization between P21 and other business systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with and providing technical support for Epicor P21
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with integration tools and methodologies
• Experience in distribution and supply chain industries
• SQL experience (preferred)
