Job Summary
Leading a team of Application Support Engineers, the full-time Manager, ERP Application Support (Distribution) will provide advanced technical support to customers and partners while overseeing daily operations and ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction in a remote environment.

Required qualifications

- 3+ years of people management experience in technical support or related teams
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
