ERP Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Vertrax business unit, the full-time ERP Business Analyst will focus on distribution and supply chain functionality, analyzing business scenarios, designing product features, and coordinating implementation details in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business scenarios and customer pain points through discovery with stakeholders
• Design new features and enhancements, creating functional specifications and process flows
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure high-quality functionality and support user acceptance testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 3+ years of experience in business or system analysis, including ERP functional consulting
• 3+ years of experience in distribution domains such as Supply Chain, Sales, or Inventory Management
• Experience working with both developers and business users, including acceptance testing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
