Focusing on distribution and supply chain functionality, the full-time ERP Business Analyst will analyze business scenarios, design product features, and coordinate implementation details while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business scenarios, customer pain points, and product requirements through discovery with stakeholders
- Design new features and enhancements, creating functional specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to deliver high-quality functionality and support user acceptance testing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business or system analysis, ERP functional consulting, or product analysis
- 3+ years of experience in distribution domains such as Supply Chain, Sales, or Inventory Management
- Experience working directly with developers and business users, including manual acceptance testing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
