ERP Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Finance and Accounting teams, the remote ERP Business Systems Analyst will manage ERP configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting while gathering requirements and delivering system improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to identify process improvements and translate business needs into ERP solutions
- Support ERP configurations, enhancements, workflows, and ongoing application improvements
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, collaborating with IT, developers, and vendors on solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP application support, or a related business/technology role
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with ERP applications, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred; other Microsoft Dynamics platforms will be considered
- Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or data migrations is a plus
