A company is looking for an ERP Transformation Change Impact Lead to facilitate organizational transformation through ERP and digital implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change impact assessment frameworks and tools
• Execute risk mitigation plans to minimize business disruptions and ensure change readiness
• Establish stakeholder engagement strategies and provide insights on change risks and readiness levels

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations and organizational change management
• Proven expertise in change impact assessment frameworks and risk mitigation strategies
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms and their impact on business processes
• Experience managing multiple projects across various business functions
• Certifications in Change Management and ERP systems are preferred
