ERP Change Manager

Job Summary

Leading organizational change initiatives, the remote ERP Change Manager will conduct stakeholder analysis, perform change impact assessments, and develop comprehensive communication plans to ensure successful ERP implementation and adoption over a 7-month duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key stakeholders and define engagement strategies
• Perform change impact assessments to evaluate the effect of ERP changes on business processes and users
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans aligned with project objectives

Required Qualifications

• Certified Change Manager (preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of extensive ERP change management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement capabilities
• Proven experience leading organizations through change
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative change strategies
