ERP Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support a multi-year global Microsoft Dynamics ERP integration strategy, the full-time remote ERP Data Analyst will configure and customize D365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement modules, collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, and lead testing efforts to ensure successful transitions for newly acquired companies.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and customize D365 F&O and CE modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and acquisition specifications
- Design and implement test strategies for Dynamics 365, focusing on test automation and quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business process automation and resolve system issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of ERP experience, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools such as RSAT, Leapwork, or Selenium
- Proven expertise in supporting finance modules within ERP systems, including Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
- Strong analytic skills and ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions
