ERP Finance Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support Finance and Accounting teams, the full-time remote ERP Finance Systems Analyst will manage ERP configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting while gathering requirements and delivering system improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to identify process improvements and translate business needs into ERP solutions
- Support ERP configurations, enhancements, and ongoing application improvements, including troubleshooting and user support
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, collaborating with IT, developers, and vendors on solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP application support, or a related business/technology role
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, and financial reporting
- Hands-on experience supporting ERP applications, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred; other Microsoft Dynamics platforms will be considered
- Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or data migrations is a plus
