Job Summary
A company is looking for an ERP Public Sector (State & Local Govt) - HR Consultant on a contract/1099 basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Document business requirements and assess existing HR systems
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring it is on time, within scope, and budget
- Facilitate vendor evaluation and negotiate contracts
Required Qualifications and Education
- 7-15 years of recent experience managing large-scale IT projects
- Multi-module ERP experience, especially in public sector HR areas
- Experience with Tier 1 ERP Software (e.g., Workday, Oracle Cloud, SAP)
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- PMP certification is desirable
