ERP Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Implementation Project Manager for Eastern North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute implementation projects within scope, goals, timelines, and budget while managing project changes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer care throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client relationships and manage project expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of program management experience managing software implementations
• Experience with project management tools such as Zoho Projects or SmartSheet
• Proficient understanding of software development life cycle and application design
• Authorization to work in the EU, North America, and MEAP regions
