Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop training materials for ERP systems
Evaluate and improve existing training programs based on feedback and performance metrics
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant

Required Qualifications

3 years of related experience or an Associate's Degree plus 8 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience in finance and/or supply chain with an understanding of workflows and operations
Proficiency in creating and evaluating workflow diagrams and documentation
Public speaking experience with the ability to inspire others
