Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Operations Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the ERP operations technician, providing advanced level Application Administration and support for university ERP and data integrations
• Coordinate account security functions and oversee planning, testing, and scheduling of Vendor Software releases
• Collaborate with technical and functional staff to analyze existing operations and integrations for improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP Administration/Management and server-based application administration
• Knowledge of System Administration, SQL*PLUS, PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, and PowerShell
• Preferred skills in Student Information System, Ellucian Banner, Workday, Fortra JAMS, Informatica, Pro-C, and Java
• Broad knowledge of computer security issues and industry practices for auditing requirements
