ERP Operations Test Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure optimal functionality of the ERP system, the remote ERP Operations Test Analyst will design, execute, and manage testing strategies while collaborating with operational teams and IT to support ERP upgrades and modifications.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners to review requirements, audit test plans, and communicate risk assessments
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across various ERP modules and facilitate UAT sessions with end-users
• Identify and document software defects, analyze operational workflows, and validate data migration between the ERP system and third-party applications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience with ERP systems in a testing or business analysis capacity
• Proven experience in software testing methodologies and writing test scripts
• Strong familiarity with operational workflows such as supply chain and procurement
• Proficiency with defect tracking and project management software like Jira
