ERP Program Manager

Job Summary

ERP Program Manager will lead finance-focused ERP workstreams in a remote, contract position, ensuring alignment and progress across cross-functional teams during the SAP S/4HANA transformation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and user acceptance testing phases for finance-focused ERP workstreams
• Collaborate with finance, IT, supply chain, and external teams to ensure program alignment
• Drive governance, risk management, and action items across a global team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience in a related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in finance
• Strong understanding of core finance processes such as Record to Report (R2R)
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizational environments
• Proven ability to drive outcomes effectively
