ERP Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of a mid-tier ERP system for a manufacturing or regulated industry client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full ERP implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and objectives
• Coordinate and oversee multiple internal workstreams, ensuring timely deliverables from cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and status reports

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of ERP implementation experience across various platforms, preferably mid-tier systems
• Background in manufacturing or regulated industries is required
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple workstreams in small to mid-sized companies
• Experience leading quality assurance or testing phases in ERP projects
• A proactive, "driver" personality capable of pushing work forward and holding others accountable
