ERP Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Project Manager to lead a large-scale ERP implementation for a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of ERP implementation, ensuring tasks meet timelines, budget, and scope
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors across multiple workstreams
• Track and manage project financials, including budgeting, reporting, and forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field
• 7+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years on ERP or enterprise system rollouts
• Strong background in budgeting and vendor contract oversight
• Experience in nonprofit, public sector, or unionized settings is a plus
• PMP or similar project management certification is a bonus
