ERP Services Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Services Manager who will oversee client accounts and ensure support for post-production ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying service expansion opportunities
• Lead ERP project planning, execution, and monitoring, coordinating resources and tracking performance
• Provide ongoing support for ERP environments, managing troubleshooting efforts and analyzing support metrics

Required Qualifications

• Experience in client success within technology staffing or enterprise software consulting
• Proven background supporting ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow
• Experience with Application Management Services (AMS) clients
• Strong background in project management and post-production support
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
