ERP Solution Architect

Job Summary

Leading a transformative ERP modernization initiative, the full-time remote ERP Solution Architect will guide the planning, design, and delivery of enterprise ERP solutions while ensuring successful project execution and post-go-live product ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise ERP solutions, translating business objectives into scalable technology solutions
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and stakeholders to define future-state operating models and ensure successful execution of ERP initiatives
• Oversee ERP integrations, data migration, testing, training, and change management activities, driving continuous improvements post-implementation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP solution architecture, implementation, or enterprise systems leadership experience
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, SAP S/4HANA, or similar
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory management, procurement, and manufacturing operations
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale business transformation initiatives
• Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills
