ERP Solution Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a LATAM ERP (Netsuite) Solution Consultant, Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship as the single point of contact, ensuring clear communication and defining a success plan
• Guide customers in leveraging the platform based on best practices and technical knowledge while leading multiple implementation projects
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, configure products, and provide troubleshooting and development assistance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the software/tech industry
• Experience with customer onboarding for ERP systems like Netsuite or Acumatica
• Understanding of integrations using REST APIs with cloud systems
• Experience configuring SaaS products, particularly in the ecommerce space
• Solid project management and customer management skills
