ERP Solution Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing SaaS company, the full-time ERP Solution Engineer will lead ERP integration projects and provide exceptional support for clients using Syspro and Acumatica in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support client implementations of Traild's AP automation platform with Syspro and Acumatica
• Assist the sales team in demonstrating how Traild can streamline, automate, and protect accounts payable processes
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot technical integrations to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Acumatica and Syspro
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and financial processes, particularly Accounts Payable
• Comfortable reading and understanding code, with strong analytical skills for navigating integrations and data flows
• Proven ability to diagnose technical issues and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve them
• Confident and professional when interacting with customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
