ERP Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely with a focus on financial systems, the contract ERP Solutions Architect will assess current business processes, identify improvement opportunities within Spectrum Viewpoint ERP, and develop recommendations for process optimization and reporting enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' business processes and system capabilities to identify gaps in Spectrum Viewpoint ERP
• Develop practical recommendations for process optimization and ERP usage based on best practices
• Provide guidance on aligning ERP capabilities with clients' operational and financial objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Hands-on experience with Spectrum Viewpoint ERP or similar financial systems
• Strong understanding of financial processes such as Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), and work-in-progress (WIP) management
• Ability to evaluate and recommend system functionalities and process improvements
• Excellent communication skills to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement
