Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for ERP migration and integration projects
Develop SQL views and perform data extraction and field mapping
Guide clients in transitioning from legacy ERP systems to modern HCM/Payroll platforms

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience with enterprise ERP systems, specifically PENTA
3+ years of hands-on experience with PENTA ERP (HR/Payroll and Project Management modules)
Deep knowledge of ERP database schemas and core HR/Payroll tables
Strong SQL skills for complex extraction views and multi-table joins
Experience in a consulting or client-facing technical delivery role
