ERP Technical Lead

Job Summary

Providing deep technical leadership and operational expertise, the full-time ERP Technical Lead will support the university's core Enterprise Resource Planning system, Ellucian Colleague, ensuring system stability, managing upgrades, and leading customization rationalization efforts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and stability of the Ellucian Colleague ERP, ensuring uptime and data reliability
• Coordinate technical analysis and implementation approaches for ERP enhancements and production support requests
• Oversee planning and execution of ERP upgrades, patches, and maintenance releases while ensuring compatibility with customizations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Minimum 5+ years of direct hands-on experience supporting Ellucian Colleague ERP
• Demonstrated experience as a senior technical lead or subject matter expert in ERP support environments
• Experience with ERP upgrades, patching cycles, and production release management
• Familiarity with legacy database structures and data extraction/cleanup activities
