ERP Technical Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Technical Specialist to support and enhance their ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for the Friedman Frontier ERP, including configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization
• Develop and maintain custom applications on the IBMi platform using RPG and related technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and support ERP upgrades and enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Friedman Frontier ERP, including core manufacturing modules
• Proficiency in IBMi programming, including RPG, COBOL, and SQL/DB2
• Familiarity with ERP integration points and security group administration
• Demonstrated ability to support the full ERP lifecycle, from discovery to support
