Job Summary

A company is looking for an ERP Training Consultant to design and deliver training for Oracle Fusion deployments globally.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize Oracle CPQ and Fusion PPM knowledge to align with business processes
Independently design and develop training materials based on Adult Learning Theory
Partner with global SMEs, IT, and L&D to create instructional solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design or related field
5-10 years' experience in training content development and delivery
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion, especially CPQ and PPM
Proven knowledge of full training lifecycle and enterprise training deployment
