Job Summary

A company is looking for an Escalation Specialist for a contract position that is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to escalations, demonstrating urgency
  • Assist in developing FAQs and identify opportunities to reduce escalations
  • Research complex claims inquiries and communicate findings with relevant teams
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Coordinator or related role
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision
  • Strong understanding of legal documents such as court orders and settlement agreements preferred
