Job Summary
A company is looking for an Escalation Specialist for a contract position that is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to escalations, demonstrating urgency
- Assist in developing FAQs and identify opportunities to reduce escalations
- Research complex claims inquiries and communicate findings with relevant teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Coordinator or related role
- Experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Strong understanding of legal documents such as court orders and settlement agreements preferred
