Job Summary
A company is looking for an MSP Escalation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy AVD environments and collaborate with clients to assess infrastructure needs
- Provide technical support during AVD/Intune deployment and serve as an escalation resource for support teams
- Demonstrate technical expertise in Modern Work, Intune, FSLogix, and Active Directory to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
- Familiarity with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls
