Job Summary

A company is looking for an MSP Escalation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy AVD environments and collaborate with clients to assess infrastructure needs
Provide technical support during AVD/Intune deployment and serve as an escalation resource for support teams
Demonstrate technical expertise in Modern Work, Intune, FSLogix, and Active Directory to resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
Familiarity with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls
